Domaine Roger Sabon

Domaine Roger Sabon has a fine reputation for producing some Rhone Valley’s most elegant wines. The estate which is 100 per cent organic has produced great ferment for nearly 70 years and picks its fruit from some of Rhone Valley’s best appellations, chief among them Cotes Du Rhone, Lirac and the prestigious Chateauneuf Du Pape (Pope’s New Castle).
This famous Rhone Valley family estate was founded by Roger Sabon in 1952 who then passed on the estate to his three sons in 1976. The estate even today is family run. The domaine cultivates 117 acres of vineyards spread across Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac and Côtes-du-Rhône. The Domaine Roger Sabon style is traditional with delicate touches of modernity that do not compromise the unique expression of their terroir.
