Maison Saint Aix makes its brilliant blush ferment in Southern France’s prestigious AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, regarded as perhaps the world’s finest appellation for rosé wines. Located close to Aix-en-Provence, Maison Saint Aix has a rich history of over 135 years and puts all its effort into producing the single wine, Aix Provence Rosé. With over 75 hectares under vines planted with Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, the estate is one of the region’s largest. The sunny and breezy terroir yields a delightfully ripe rosé expression that abounding with floral aromas and flavours of strawberry and watermelon, enhanced by refreshing acidity.
