Collavini

Collavini based in Italy’s cool, northerly reaches of Friuli is one of the
country’s foremost producers of Spumante, the classic Italian
sparkling wine. Founded by Eugenio Collavini in 1896 in the sub
region of Udine, where it began supplying wine to the region’s noble
houses, Collavini is today managed by the third generation patriarch
Manlio Collavini and his three sons.
Together, they have married tradition and modern techinique to create a unique house style of
contemporary Spumante. Collavini prides itself on producing clean, modern wines while still retaining the vinfication traditions and grape varieties native to the region.
