Originally from the French region of Bordeaux, where it’s star kind of faded away, Carmenere struck it big in Chile’s vast sun drenched vineyards where it is for all practical purposes, considered a naturalised star.

This late ripener soaks up the sun to deliver a bounty of berry flavours and green pepper tempered by velvety tannins.
