Vietti is credited for being one of Peidmont’spioneers of single-vineyard Barolo.Present winemaker Luca has worked with the likes of Opus One inCalifornia and Bordeaux’s Mouton-Rothschild He has found great successwith the indigenous Nebbiolo grape, coaxing a fine expression from thisaromatic and tannic grape. Vietti’s vineyards are rated as being among thefinest in Piedmont’s Barolo’s appellation.
