Mancino Vermouth was founded in 2011 by Italian bartender Giancarlo Mancino, with the aim of revitalising old cocktails. After years of research, Mancino found his 40 different botanicals, and to recreate traditional recipes for his vermouth began using a family run traditional mill dating back to the 1930s, based in Piedmont, Northern Italy.
His exceptional artisanal Vermouth di Torino is blended with the finest ingredients to create an original, yet classic recipe It has become one of the main ingredients in most craft cocktails whether classic or contemporary.
