Tenuta Il Poggione isone of the original three producers of Brunello di Montalcino. The estate has over309 acres of vineyards and takes a natural approach to farming.Many of the vines are grown at more than 1,315 feet above sea level and areamong the oldest in the appellation. Led by father-son winemaking team,Fabrizio and Alessandro Bindocci, Tenuta Il Poggione’s guiding principle is to paymeticulous attention to the vineyards, handpicking the grape at harvest.
