Robertson Winery

Robertson Winery is a producer of fine traditional and modern wines,based in South Africa’s Robertson Valley in the Western Cape. RobertsonWinery was established in 1941 in the town of Robertson, close to CapeTown. The region’s first cooperative winery, Robertson Winery is also oneof South Africa’s biggest, receiving grapes from more than 36 familiesharvesting 2400 hectares of vineyard.Cellar master Bowen Botha ensures minimal mechanical influence on thefruit before vinification to retain a natural character. Robertson Wineryboasts a range of labels, prominent among them is the natural sweetwine – a style made popular by South Africa which has long had a historyof making sweet and fortified wines.
