Based in South Australia’s Barossa Valley, Two Hands Wines is powered by Michael Twelftree and his American partner Tim Hower and their collective objective is as clear as harvest day – to showcase the impressive diversity of Aussie Shiraz. Two Hands sources the fruit from six of Australia’s finest regions. Their Barossa winery has been custom built to harvest small batches of fruit. Every parcel, irrespective of size is crushed, fermented and barrel matured separately. This boutique, hands on approach shows up on the palate of their staggering range of wines that lay accent on the characteristics of the precise vineyard the fruit is picked from.
