Casamatta is Itlaian for crazy house which is perhaps an accurate way to describe the create estate of Bibi Graetz. Casamatta Rosso reflects the freshness and energy of the Sangiovese style, the winemaker believes in. Bibi calls this wine his favourite, saying, "It is a pure transparent Sangiovese with plenty cherry and raspberry, nice acidity which helps with food and a round medium body with low tannins and a vibrant and surprising aftertaste”.
