Chianti is synonymous with divine reds but here's dazzling proof that the Tuscan appellation has the chops to vinify superb white wine too. While Tuscany is prime red wine country, the region has a parallel understated tradition of making whites wines in the towns of Bolgheri and San Gimignano, there's precious little Chianti white. This crisp ferment minted in Tuscany's sunny appellation by the house of Brancaia dazzles with notes of grapefruit and mango, lifted by nice acidity and can even pair with your breakfast eggs, anyway you take them.

Please store all wines between 12 to 15 degrees Celsius.
Wines under cork are best opened using a corkscrew.
Remove the foil using the corkscrew’s foil cutter and insert the spirally corkscrew into the center of the cork.
Twist in clockwise motion until the corkscrew is entirely inside.
Rest the corkscrew’s lever on the bottle’s lip and pull the handle to bring out the cork.
To get the perfect serving temperature for white wine, store in fridge for up to 3 hours to serve at 8 to 12 degrees C.
Serve white wine in a classic white wine glass that plays the perfect role of preserving and enhancing the floral and fruity flavours and refreshing acidity of white wine.
