The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Cuvée assembles steel-fermented Chardony. This cuvée opens very clear and pure on the nose, lean rather than complex. It is a very elegant, pure, straight, mineral and well-structured cuvée with a long and salty-mineral finish. This is excellent fizz that could gain even more complexity with bottle age!
Marrying structure and freshness, this wine develops aromas of fresh butter and brioche. Characterized by its Chardonnay fruit flavor and straightforwardness, it is both a vivacious and generous Blanc de Blancs champagne.
Everyone loves and claims to know Champagne. But we bet a lot of people are still surprised to known that Chardonnay blends with Pinot Noir to make the world's best sparkling wine. In fact Chardonnay by itself also makes a Champagne style called Blanc de Blanc. And we've shipped a cracking good one from the boutique house of Phillipe Gonet that is presently run by its seventh generation. The award winning Champagne house is based in Côte des Blancs that is prime Chardonnay country. Phillipe Gonet prides itself on being patient when making Champagne from grapes grown on 40 year old vines and then ageing the bubbly for at least three years. The consequent Champagne crackles with supple freshness and minerality, touches of peach and citrus, finishing clean and is unsurprisingly rated 91 points by Wine Spectator.

Please store all wines between 12 to 15 degrees Celsius.
Ensure the bottle is chilled down to 5 to 8 degrees before opening. Remove the foil packaging, hold the bottle at a 45 degree angle
Hold the neck of the bottle with both hands and remove the wire cage. Place your left hand at bottom of the bottle and your right hand on the bottle’s neck.
Gently twist the cork open. The pressure inside the bottle will push the cork out, making the recognizable pop sound.
To get the perfect serving temperature for sparkling wine, store in fridge for up to 4 hours to serve at 8 to 12 degrees C.
Serve sparkling wine in a classic Champagne tulip glass or a classic white wine glass.
