Languedoc is a verdant and cavernous region that brims with creative enterprise and tremendous faith in the terroir to produce nearly every wine of France which it does thanks to liberal classification rules. Famille Fabre exemplifies this creativity and freedom with this organically produced Sauvignon Blanc. While the grape is native to Loire Valley, Famille Fabre have made this noble white feel right at home in the Corbières-Boutenac appellation, rich in clay and limestone soils, basking under basks under a sun set in Mediterranean mood. This unique Sauvignon Blanc glistens with exotic fruit, lemons and pomelos with touches of minerality.

Twist in clockwise motion until the corkscrew is entirely inside.
Rest the corkscrew’s lever on the bottle’s lip and pull the handle to bring out the cork.
