Sancerre is the bonafide birthplace of Sauvignon Blanc and in its prized appellation of Chavignon, Gerard Boulay sets the standard for flavourful and age worthy white from steep, limestone-rich (Kimmeridgian marl) vineyards, similar to those found in in Burgundy. He is a proud and dextrous winemaker who has harnessed Sancerre's cool continental climate and limestone soils into pure fruity bliss. Gerard Boulay's hallmark style gushes with vibrant fruit, minerality and generous acidity. The use of indigenous yeasts gives this white a true sense of the region while barrel ageing imparts a rich dimension of complexity.

Please store all wines between 12 to 15 degrees Celsius.
Wines under cork are best opened using a corkscrew.
Remove the foil using the corkscrew’s foil cutter and insert the spirally corkscrew into the center of the cork.
Twist in clockwise motion until the corkscrew is entirely inside.
Rest the corkscrew’s lever on the bottle’s lip and pull the handle to bring out the cork.
To get the perfect serving temperature for white wine, store in fridge for up to 3 hours to serve at 8 to 12 degrees C.
Serve white wine in a classic white wine glass that plays the perfect role of preserving and enhancing the floral and fruity flavours and refreshing acidity of white wine.
