Man Family successfully crafted an accessible yet wholesome style of Pinotage and calls it Bosstok to pay tribute to bush-vine vineyards which carpet the Agtert Paarl region on the Cape Coast. Bush vine pinotage grows closer to the ground producing lesser grape of high quality. The bush vines are planted in Malmesbury Shale soil. Barrel aged for 12 months, this modern style of Pinotage shows a palate of opulent fruits like plum and blackberry and a whiff of dark chocolate. A sublime balance of soft tannins and acidity caps the credentials of this gourmet red.
