Matias Riccitelli loves a good party and makes some terrific Malbec so it's only natural for the young, adventurous winemaker to name his top end Malbec style, The Party. Riccitelli is a a great believer and exponent of the high altitude vineyards in the Uco Valley, 1400 feet above sea level and rich in calcareous soils. His gravity flow winery allows the grape to make its own way inot open top vats for wild yeast fermentation and the wine is aged for a year in concrete vessels. Riccitelli's vision of Argentine Malbec is one of ripe rich character and sense of the soil and that style shines through in a bottle of the Party Malbec.
