The high quality wine as the base, flavoured with mainly Greek herbs that give such a distinct character. Ingredients are 93% Greek: rosé petals, citrus fruits, olive leaves herbs that thrive in Greek nature, such as oregano. Deep pink in colour, slightly bitter in the mouth but with notes of vanilla and floral scents that bring the perfect balance. Enjoy it frozen as a cool aperitif, with soda or tonic as a long drink or with prosecco.

Envisioned and created by the group that launched and ran The Clumsies, a famous Athens bar. The ?Otto? team as it were wanted to revive the time honoured traditional Greek vermouth. This premium, small batch vermouth is produced from a wine blend featuring local grapes Agiorgitiko and Peloponnese with a splash of Muscat. The six botanicals that contribute to this Vermouth?s distinct character include Rosé petals, wormwood and olive leaves. The resulting palate crackles with citrus and orange vibrance, capped by a touch of herbs on a lungering finish.
