Radikon was rather brave to make the decision to transform Italy's favourite, refreshing white wine into a fascinating orange phenomenon and the result is worth the courage. "Sivi" is Slovenian for the colour grey which is a recognition of the natural grayish-pink color of Pinot Grigio's skin. The organically farmed and handpicked Pinot Grigio grapes are naturally fermented in oak vats with extended maceration to impart the distinct orange colour. The wine has been barrel aged for 15 months and teems with a palate of pear, citrus and hints of cherry.
