Champagne is rightfully considered the king of all sparkling wines. That isn’t just because sparkling wine was accidentally invented by monks in the French region of the same name but that for centuries and till date, this wine always tastes superb. Champagne is produced from a blend of three grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, using a unique method called Method Champenoise which plays a vital role in determining how the wine eventually tastes. And most times, it’s simply gorgeous.

The classic non vintage Champagne tastes of citrus, apple and brioche with a touch of biscuit and a creamy texture. Vintage Champagnes can have further depth of flavour and greater length.

Non Vintage is the most widely produced style of Champagne where in the grapes used to produce the sparkling wine come from multiple vintages.

Blanc De Blanc is a style produced exclusively from Chardonnay.

Blanc De Noir is a clear sparkling produced from two red grapes Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Rosé Champagne are quite the modern rage and is produced by blending red and white wine.

Vintage Champagne as the name suggests is produced from grapes picked in a single harvest.
