Bibi Graetz, Testamatta "Super Tuscan" truly defines this creative winemaker's success as it is one of the few Tuscan wines to score 100 points on Decanter. Bibi Graetz established his estate in 2000 on the misty hills of Fiesole near Florence with a singular focus on Sangiovese and low intervention winemaking that channelled the terroir of the Fiesole vineyard in the wine itself.
