The limestone and clay-rich soils of this two-hectare cru vineyard yield Nebbiolo grapes of high concentration and acidity. The precious fruit is carefully crushed, fermented and barrel aged for 30 months. The winemaker essentially gives this rare Barbaresco the same attention as he would, a Barolo and the result is a triumph of structure and intense fruit, tasting of opulent red fruit, spices and minerality.
