Chardonnay doesn't come any better this rich and mineralesque style from the divine appellation of Meursault. In fact, the Les Narvaux vineyard sits right next to the Premier Cru vineyard, Genevrières so this wine is practically a Premier Cru, albeit not officially. Winemaker genius Vincent Girardin certainly elevates this Burgundy to high form with minerality, lemon zest and tense elegance, crowned by a subtle veneer of oak. In fact, this wine recently received high honours from Robert Parker's esteemed publication Wine Advocate that awarded the Meursault Les Narvaux. 93 points, praising the Burgundian for minerality and pure fruit.
