Gramona

Regarded widely as Spain’s finest Cava house, Bodegas Gramona is based inthe Penedès appellation with a history of over 140 years. Gramona was theregion’s first estate to recognise and nurture the potential of Cava and takethe indigenous sparkling wine to a level of quality where it can, today, matchChampagneThe Gramona family is hailed for its decision to age its Cavas almost twice aslong as the appellation regulations require. Gramona ages its Cavas for at least30 months. Their top end Cavas are all aged under cork and are riddled anddisgorged by hand. Gramona is also recognised for practicing biodynamic farming.
