On the palate, the wine shows a deliciously full body that follows on perfectly from the nose. Its flavours remind one of fresh strawberries and raspberries. The finish has a pleasantly acidulous character that adds to the impression of finesse given by this romantic and well-balanced wine.

The red fruit forward Champagne is made from Pinot Noir grapes handpicked in estate?s Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards in the A? region. This region is infact one of Champagne?s 17 villages that carries the ?Grand Cru? status. rated an impressive 92 points by Wine Spectator, the blush sparkler radiates floral freshness and a palate of cherries and pomegranate, finishing clean.
