The Scaia Paradiso Red is an opulent blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and local Veneto grapesm notably Rondinella and Corvina, lovingly vinified by a band of brothers. The fruit was picked from vineyards rooted in limestone and gravel soil on the banks of Lake Garde in Veneto and the wine was aged for over 10 months in French oak. Lovingly called the Super Venetiain, Scaia Paradiso is rated 4.1 on Vivino and charms the palate with with velvety texture and contrasting notes of cherries, pepper and cocoa.
